This terraced Grade II listed building, situated in London W1, offers self contained office space from lower ground floor to third floor.
To ensure it was suitable for rental for another 10 -15 years, we were chosen by the main contractor to update all the services.
L.G. Bland was tasked with rewiring all the premises and upgrading the fuse boards to new MCB types. In addition, we installed skirting trunking and under floor boxes in all offices.
All the internal lighting was replaced for new, with additional lighting being added to the boardroom and offices.
To ensure the offices were ready for immediate use, we installed new Cat6 cabling throughout.
